Pricing questions
What counts as one 'workflow'?+
A workflow is one end-to-end automation — for example, 'incoming lead → enrich → score → notify sales'. If it does one job for the business, it's one workflow.
What are 'AI credits'?+
Every AI workflow consumes tokens from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Instead of you setting up billing with each, we include a fair-use credit pool in your monthly fee. If you ever exceed it, we tell you before charging extra — never a surprise bill.
Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fee on Starter or Growth — your first month covers initial build. Enterprise engagements typically include a one-time discovery and architecture phase.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month, no long contract. You own the workflows we built — we'll hand over docs and credentials.
What about hosting and security?+
We host and monitor everything on infrastructure based in Malaysia / Southeast Asia. Data stays in-region. Enterprise plans get a custom security review.
